At AV Enterprises, we take pride in providing high-quality milk products and beverages to our valued wholesale customers. We ensure that all products are carefully checked, stored, and dispatched under hygienic and temperature-controlled conditions.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

Because we deal in perishable food and beverage items, returns or refunds are accepted only in specific cases, such as:

• The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

• The wrong product or quantity was delivered.

• The product was past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/bill) and clear images or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

• Items purchased under special discount, clearance, or promotional offers.

• Products returned after the 24-hour complaint window.

3. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

• Arrange a replacement delivery of the same product, or

• Offer an adjustment or credit note against your next order.

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if replacement is not feasible.

4. Refund Process (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, depending on the transaction method used.

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled if the product has already been dispatched or prepared for delivery.

• For cancellations made before dispatch, any payment made will be refunded after deducting processing or handling charges.
